Graham and Matthew are the owners and directors of the business, and we are situated in Borough SE1 very close to all parts of the centre of London.

We have daily supplies of the freshest fish from fish markets around the country and abroad. For our customers, we choose only the freshest fish and then fillet and prepare it to their size and specification.

All of our seafoods are delivered in refrigerated vans in special hygienic packaging.

We can come and visit you to discuss your requirements and we also welcome our customers to come down and visit us and see us working in our hygienic factory.
